Sonic Generations Challenges!

Sonic Generations No Boost/Ring Challenge (Rooftop Run)
Simple Challenge:
Do the Spagonia stage with:
No Boost
No Rings

Using no Boosts in the Challange seems easy enough but no Rings is another issue ,How are you suppose to avoid the rings and if you even get the ring Do you have to start back all over from the beginning?

Simple. Use the Unlimited Boost Skill. You won't get any rings with that. Hey, I didn't say "No extra skills".

Yeah but that's still cheating since you said you're not aloud to use boosts ... didn't know sonic games started to include skills until sonic 2006... These must be challenges you created yourself I do that to with my own games too.

I don't really know. Make mistakes as less as possible, do it as fast as possible and just give it your best.
In my opinion, that would sort of define a "good" speedrun.
