I'm stuck between Thor and Iron Man. Thor's got strength, and so does Iron Man, but Iron Man can fly, whereas Thor con only jump with his hammer...

No Hulk? Hulk eats gods and iron for breakfast.

If I had to choose, probably Iron Man. He's got technology, brains, flight, armor. Hell, the Iron Man suit is pretty much a damn Gundam shrunk down to fit around Tony Stark's body.

My main choice is still the Incredible Hulk though.

I don't think there's a "Best Avenger", but there is definitely some I prefer. Obviously if they all fought against each other, Hulk would probably win because he's overpowered. But yeah, here's my favs:

Storm. She flyes, shoots lightning, creates blizzards, intense rain, etc.

Hulk, overpowered.

Hawkeye, agile sharpshooter with a funny attitude.

Wolverine, immortal badass with claws.

Spiderman, always has a one liner for every situation.

Black cat, better than Cat woman in every single way.

Hank Pym, just because he can become giant.

Iron Man, just for the attitude.

Thor, he drinks A LOT of beer.

Sif, she has a nice butt.

Wasp, she's a cutie.

Beast, I love the way he talks.

War Machine, just 'cause.

Dr. Strange, he says funny words.

Venom, he's just awesome.

Daredevil, he's a blind lawyer.

And of course, Kraven. Fucking beast. lol

the issue with this thread is that the captain america in the film isnt the same griseled legendary combatant that he is in the comics....

if that were the case then cap HANDS DOWN would be the greatest.....cause remember from the comic stand point his great age and gives him experience which gives him his great skill....

What? No, not even close.
He's a retired FBI agent who serves vengeance to those who need it. He's got the dark personality of batman, but he's not Super Smart, super wealthy, or anything super. He just has FBI training, guns, and can survive in the Marvel universe.

Anyways, the best avenger is Hulk out of all of them. None can compare to his strength, and I believe he managed to wield Thor's hammer once.
