I don't know why I read "yogurt with a spoon" and registered it as "Go Gurt with a spoon".

Remember those weird pocket sized toys that would basically be able to record your voice and you could speed it up, slow it down or add effects?
Yak Baks I think they were called, but they had many others too.

I had the one in the middle.

I had that Yak Bak SFX, but mine was orange. I also had a regular Yak Bak and a Talk Boy.

I don't think that is really nostalgic since it isn't really that old....
That would be like calling Team Fortress 2 nostalgic, it just doesn't seem right.
Nevertheless, I really wish I had the chance to play it, but I do not have any consoles that would support it.
If only it came out on the PC

If you like TF2 then you might want to try out the TF Classic. As old as original Half Life.

How exactly is castle crashers nostalgic? The whole point of nostalgia is to remember things that during the good old days, almost like old men talking about how 1942 was so great, so to speak.

Anyways, I remember watching Voltron when I was a kid, and at the time, I thought it was the shit, well that was until I started watching GoLion, {the original Japanese version} and now I just couldn't stand to watch Voltron again. It was pretty similar to what Robotech went through, but it seem like it got more of a mixed reaction from fans than Voltron. In a way, I kind of miss those old 80's and early 90's dubs of anime for being so mediocre to horrible that it was laughable to watch today.

Just stop worrying, and love the bomb.

For me actually, Castle Crashers made me nostalgic of those side-scrolling beat-em-up games, especially Golden Axe. You can see a direct influence.

I loved Golden Axe, my dad had an arcade for it, we'd play it every day. Too bad he sold it.

I have the Genesis version (6-pak) and the Sega CD version (Arcade classics). Still one of my favorite games to date. It's a tough one, too. I hear in Jersey City there's a place called Barcade which has a Golden Axe cabinet, as well as a ton of other arcade games.

I was gonna make a joke about how we didn't get Final Fantasy 2 or 3 and that those would actually be Final Fantasy 5 and 6, but then I realized they stopped changing the titles when FF7 came out.

...Why the hell did they even do that?
