I am a technical recruiter in Southern California and am currently working a Flash Programmer position in Irvine, Califronia. It is a great opportunity with competitive pay and a chance to be the lead programmer! I have gone through all the job boards and realized that the truely talented programmers with game creation experience are not on there. This company specializes in online social and web based games, an industry that is booming! Due to this they are hiring like crazy!!! I am hoping to find some insight on how to find such programmers, if you have any insight, please let me know!!
