seeking animator/artist

Hi my name is Chris Le'John and I am seeking an animator/artist for some creative collaboration. The project I'm working on will be a short hand-drawn animation featuring two main characters. I need someone who is flexible in their element and has a portfolio, regardless of size. For the more established individuals looking to make money, commissions are not subject to negotiation following any agreements made regarding compensation during and after the development process. However I do try to make this as comfortable as possible for everyone involved so the majority of the work is done on based on your preferences.
