Who Were you Named After?

Just a basic question, who were you named after?

My first name is Tyler and I was named after Henry Allen Tyler Jr. He worked with my grandfather and my dad over at what was Austin National Bank, and was a veteran. From what I've gathered from my father mostly, he was a very good man and very smart. My father also looks up to him a lot as being one of his most influential people he has ever met.

I have only met him once when I was a child, but I can never meet him again because he just passed away a few days ago. I was debating rather I should attend his funeral, so I talked to my dad about and he told me that I shouldn't worry too much about it because quite frankly I don't know him personally (and he's right).

Anyways, that's how I got my name.

My first name is from the Bible and my middle name is my Fathers first. It's a tradition in my family that the first born son has his Fathers first name as his middle name. I have no idea how that came to be.

My dad liked the name Brandon, so It doesn't have an origin. I did find out it means "Little raven" though, which is pretty gay.

I'm named after these guys, so the first half of my name is a) made of awesome and b) Vincent Samuel. The second half is a tad crap though. (Yeah, I have two middle names)

I think it's a bad sign that Vincent's death in the movie was because of Pop Tarts, since I eat way too many of them.
