How to flag?

How do you flag submissions (stolen, malicious, etc) since the revamp? I can't find the option.

What does OP stand for? And if we can't flag anymore, then why does it still say we can? Is it all up to the mods now? They can police flashes I guess, but they can't find the time to help you out when you need it.

With the new redesign, they took out the whistle system (no one knows why), so now if you find a flash that you believe violates the terms and conditions of NG or is stolen and have proof, you have to PM Wade or Tom. I think there are also Portal mods, and you are supposed to PM them before Tom, but I don't know who they are, if they exist.

I asked Tom about that in a thread a month or so ago... he says they are coming back.
Whistles probably won't be back till he gets a flash mod posse setup or something.
Just blam it and hope for justice.
