Help Needed: Flash Games Apr. 24th, 2012 @ 04:47 PM Reply

Hey, everybody. I want to learn how to create flash games, I don't have any experience and I have no idea where to begin. I really want to learn though. Can anybody recommend a good program to start with or if you have any tips, I'd be happy to hear them.

You should probably start with flash and just start toying with it. See if your school offers the program or something and get to playing with it. There's plenty of tutorials on NG about how to make toons, so those should be able to help.

Alternatively, if you're looking for an easier way to make games, The Games Factory 2 is an easy way to get started with a simplistic tool that will also allow you to make games for NG. It's not as deep as flash, but it's a Hell of a lot easier to master.

Tell me if you have any more issues. This should be a good way to get started.

Thanks for the reply. I think I'm gonna try The Games Factory 2 first, and then move on to flash.
