Looking For Team -rts Game Like Aoe

I am looking for people who are interested to work with me in my new flash project: a RTS game (like Age of Empires, Empire Earts or Rise of Nations). Revenue will be shared and game will be published on my new account.
More Details:
It will be Futuristic Real-Time Strategy Game about building army and defencing from aliens. The buildings will maybe be created in Skecth Up and rendered in 4 angles as 2D images for game. Also the game will have animated intro, outro and story. There will be Campaign Mode, Quick Battle (and maybe Multiplayer Mode). Also there will be Newgrounds Medals. I will maybe port it to iPhone and publish it on AppStore.
Who is needed:
- 1 or 2 Programmers: For Scripting Gameplay, Connecting API to Newgrounds and Medals (possibly multiplayer)
- 1 Animator: For Animating intro and outro (possibly some side animations)
- 1 Artist: For Drawing Buildings, Vehicles and Spaceshutles
- 1 Sound Composer: For making sounds and music which will fit in game
