Wanna know how this tournament is put together, its history, and how it's run?

My submission is finished: it's not perfect, but I did put alot of hard work into it.

I am DONE.

This is most certainly nowhere near as good as I had planned. I left about half of the work until the last few hours. Had to cut dialogue. Procrastination and the fact I had another animation deadline played a part :P

Anyway, I hope it'll get me through this round.

I really need some help. I've nearly finished, I just have some backgrounds left. I've run into a problem with lagging in one scene due to a blur filter in a moviecip thats being motion tweened. can anyone suggest a way I can eliminate the lag but keep the filter? It lokks rubbish without it.

Thanks but I should have mentioned its a zoom so I cant really move other stuff unless I use a VCAM which I dont think would help with lag at all

Hmmm ... The other thing is - save the blur thingy as a .png (only the blur thingy) and then use it in flash as an image [just remember to allow smoothing and rise the quality of the picture in the library]

For the record, we currently have 26 entries. Please check http://nata.newgrounds.com/favorites/movies to make sure your entry is listed at this point at any point in the list before "Dream Slate".

One entry, which was uploaded to the dumping grounds, is not listed.

It was tough pulling this together so quickly, but it was a lot of fun! This is my entry for the open round.

I'm so burned out right now, but I need to animate a lot in the next few hours. About 70% done.

Thanks for the catch, it's added now.

I will be reviewing the thread and tagged movies to make sure they've all been caught before sending them to the judges.

You seem to have everything resolved, but for future reference you can also use Modify > Shape > Soften fill edges
