4 times a day. why are you interested in my 'peeing habit'?

besides, the bladder of a healthy adult should be able to hold 700mL of urine. the number of times you pee should be 4 or somewhere close to that. you should see a doctor if you urinate too frequently. i am serious.

Your blood sugar level might be too high from too much Dr. Pepper or sugar in general. Thats one of the first signs of diabetes is frequent urination

Depends on how much I have drank. If I'm at the pub, I tend to need the toilet every twenty minutes, which gets really frustrating. But I think on a usual day, not really that much.

I usually urinate 4-6 times a day; however if im drinking a lot and really nervous I will empty my bladder more frequently. Is there a way to expand your bladder naturally? It seems like holding ur pee is a good skill because ppl always get up to piss during lecture.
