Any Youtube Users Have This Problem

Ok since Google is on the verge of total internet dominance, I just wanted to know if this is happening to anyone else.

Every so I often I will get new replies in my inbox and after checking them they will still be there, but then somehow they dissapear on their own later. This just happened to me a few minutes ago, but this is not the first time.

Ex. I get new reply, check it ; come back later to see if it's still there, but it somehow vanishes without me deleting it. This just happened to TWO of my replies as of 4/10/2012 that were originally in my inbox moments ago.

WTF also a lot of times people reply to my comments and I will not get an alert, and I have to actually manually check the video to see if someone commented back.

Does this happen to anyone else, or is YouTube just fucking with me ?

TL;DR Does YouTube delete your inbox messages without your approval ?

when i check them they act as if it never was checked. also i hate the redesign. lapfox trax was able to manage the design though somehow.

I get my inbox saying I have new messages or replies and they keep going back as unread. Google is dumb.

NG was actually doing something similar for a couple days after the redesign but that was a minor glitch.

Ok cool, I thought it was just me. Google keeps deleting my shit and I would like to know why, or is some kind of glitch

TO the OP- no- they don't delete your PM messages. Check your e-mail - you get PM notices in your e-mail and you can go back and respond to them by clicking links to them via your email.

If you accidentally delete a PM you can still respond to them via your e-mail.

Yeah mine does that too. Just click the "New" message, then a different section of the message panel, and the notification usually goes away.

At least that's always worked for me...
