The upside is the cost, the downside is the home is most likely about as large as a shed in cases where this happens.

Them homes ain't half bad. I think my house was 70K or at least that's what my mom told me. I guess it'll allow more people to own homes but the homes might be made up glue and paper.

I saw homes going for prices not entirely unlike these prices in northern Wisconsin. There really wasn't anything wrong with the homes. It's just that decades of union busting and deregulating commerce have caught up to the American economy and tons of people can't afford their homes anymore. It's to the point where the banks have to sell the homes at these prices because it's all they can get for them.

some of the homes were pretty nice, others seemed like it was in a rough neighborhood, also were the houses foreclosed or somthin


I always come with a good plan, when that dont work I switch out to the hood plan

Just go find a nice apartment in the city with tiny flats (1-5 tiny rooms). Save money :D

I have been living in an apartment building my entire life. I just want to have the luxury of owning my own home, and having my own pool and just being able to live comfortable you know?
