There is a news reporter interviewing Kony out in the jungle. How could he find him while the military can not? Also, Kony seems to be an honest enough guy in the video and he claims that the Ugandan military does bad things and then blames it on him to both save their own ass and as propaganda. He says he does not use child soldiers (there are none in the video) and that he just wants to Ugandan prime minister gone since he is a tyrant.
