Well, Dr. McNinja was already mentioned. That's the best.

Bearmagedon is pretty good. Same guy who does Axe-Cop. But that comic is on hiatus for a month.

I like one called SpaceTrawlers. I have no idea where he's going with the story, though.

The winner for "never ever missing an update" goes to Sinfest, though. Man, he never ever misses one.

if you want real life, go for Questionable Content. but start at the beginning or it won't make any sense. it's a very very long series, and it's actually pretty cool to watch the art develop as it goes on. it's been around for years.
