By 'How Healthy Are You', I mean the aspect of your health which is directly in your control- your consumption. Do you eat healthy? I find I am way to unhealthy, but am too lazy to do anything about it. I smoke, drink too many energy drinks, and too much fast food. What about you guys? Are you fat, pathetic slobs, or not?

I don't really count myself as pathetic. I have never tasted an energy drink in my life, I eat healthy and eat fast food 1-2 a month, sometimes 3 depending on events. I run track and play tennis, so I don't think I'm out of shape in any way.
Well eating the fast food is okay, as long as you keep your calorie intake well regulated. Energy drinks are not good for you though.
I however am a big soda drinker. I also certainly do not eat healthy in the slightest. I'm still alive though. I haven't had a doctor's check-up in years though. I wouldn't mind it, and I would cut back on some things, but I'm just afraid that the doctor will walk back in the room and say...
"Why aren't you dead? How come you're not in a coma?"
I try to maintain a somewhat healthy diet ,I usually don't do a lot of excersise at least with in matter that works with my own time and other distractions that I could actually do daily,So when it is physical it's usually acted upon having nothing much to do... Without any sort of equipment I have to subsitute with the use of my own body weight and whatever is around

I am pretty skinny though.
I eat healthy and i'm in average shape, but it'd do me good to get out more. At the risk of sounding egotistical, I have a lot of friends at school and most people at least know who I am, but I only have 1 long-time friend I actually hang out with outside of school, and I only call and text 3 or 4 of my friends.
So physically yes, socially I could do better.
I am healthy based on consumption. I eat salads and other girly shit on a regular basis. I have relatively good self discipline. That being said, I am still an weak, obese piece a shit

I'm in decent shape and very thin. I try to work out at least three times a week for 2-3 hours.
I don't eat very healthy but I don't have any major health problems because of it.
I eat healthy, but not for the intention of being healthy. It's just that unhealthy food tastes like shit, especially when I'm hungry. I mean, who wants to eat a pack of jolly ranchers when they're starving? I'd rather eat a giant fucking steak. And don't go on telling me that red meat is bad for you, it's fucking healthy as hell.
I also exercise with tennis and stuff daily, so I guess that's that, I'm pretty healthy.
My diet is appalling and needs to be fixed, I also do little to no physical exercise. But I guess I'm a lucky son of a bitch with a crazy metabolism so my weight is forever stagnant and I never put on a pound. In all honesty healthy food is more expensive then the junk I eat and living off limited hours at work it's just logical to buy cheap shit. As for exercise as I have more time there's no excuse for a few jogging/weight sessions. Need to be less lazy.
I do not eat healthy. I am not on my own yet so I pretty much eat as I did as a child and consume whatever junk is around the house when I get home. I have a high metabolism and have always been extremely thin but who knows how long that will last. I was already told recently that I looked like I actually gained some weight and didnt look anorexic anymore. But this was coming from a large woman idk. I also dont seem to be made fun of it as often as I used to.
My diet consists of everything, with very little junk food. I live a very active lifestyle, which includes powerlifting, running, and swimming. I have a cigarette every now and then, and seldom drink alcohol.
I'd say I'm pretty fucking healthy.
I eat shit, more or less. don't really do much. but I am at a steady 135lbs. Very happy with it too. However, when I become a fatty I'll happily kill myself.

I'm very unhealthy I eat the same shit everyday and I don't excercise. At least I'm not fat, though.
Broke my leg, went back to wrestling and got in shape, finished as league champion and returned to unhealthy ways all in this year.

Physically: Pretty swell. I could do more weights and push ups to carry stuff without breaking a sweat, but my eating is fine, and drinking is A okay. I quit soda and I feel much healthier because of it. Yeah, bout, two weeks off soda now. I only drink Milk, apple cider, fruit drinks, apple juice, lemonade, etc...And I'm around 159 pounds, and before that I was 190 pounds during the winter, so I shed a lot of pounds during these past 4 to 5 months.

Check your cholesterol levels though. My aunt is super skinny and almost got a stroke from a clogged artery.
I eat a pretty bad diet, but not terrible. I balance the shitty junk food out with fruits, grains, meat and dairy products (healthy ones, not burgers and milkshakes), and the occasional vegetable. I also exercise a lot, mostly lifting weights, but running and sit-ups as well.
I'm certainly no athlete, but I'd say I'm in decent shape.
I go to college in Boston, so I walk everywhere I go. That keeps me in pretty decent shape.
As for food, I drink a lot of soda/energy drinks, but that's about the worst of it. Fast food every once in a blue moon, mostly if I'm on a road trip and we need something to eat quick and easy.
I also try to get ten hours of sleep a night, which dramatically helps my performance the next day.
I am 230 pounds, and i am on a Diet so that means when i go to McDoanld's for a big mac, instead of ordering Coke
