Mentally: Like Captain Jack Sparrow. Savvy?
Physically: Pretty swell. I could do more weights and push ups to carry stuff without breaking a sweat, but my eating is fine, and drinking is A okay. I quit soda and I feel much healthier because of it. Yeah, bout, two weeks off soda now. I only drink Milk, apple cider, fruit drinks, apple juice, lemonade, etc...And I'm around 159 pounds, and before that I was 190 pounds during the winter, so I shed a lot of pounds during these past 4 to 5 months.
Yep. Go me!
