Big Daddy is a old useless man who can't do as much as Batman. I don't think Big Daddy can use his wits to defeat entire armies and invincible foes. Or have so much money he can buy unlimited amounts of jets, cars, utilities and so-on.

It would be a close fight, but it's fairly certain that the Big Daddy would be victorious.
Batman has superior kung-fu skills and agility which would allow him to put up a good fight, but his punches and kicks would not even begin to scratch the metal suit of the Big Daddy. Batman lacks the heavy weaponry required to take down a Big Daddy and the Big Daddy's rivet gun would make quick work of Batman if he lands a hit. The Big Daddy also has the advantage of a drill hand which allows him to perform drill dashes and catch Batman off guard. Expert use of strategically-placed explosive mines could also mean the end of Batman if he is not careful.
Given the right circumstances, though, Batman could win. If Batman is in the right place at the right time and Big Daddy is in the wrong place at the wrong time then Batman's intellect would allow him to use Big Daddy's weight against him or perhaps a nearby object or piece of machinery could be used to give Batman the advantage. Knocking Big Daddy off of a ledge or pushing him into a vat of acid would do as well as having something dropped on him to possibly break open his suit.

I'ma say it would be a close for sure. Both have similar fighting training, the only difference is that Daddy carries guns, and not even Bat Man can defend again that. Unless he's Bail-Batman, then he has Kevlar.
