Seriously that's your attitude. "It's going to happen and tough shit for me." That's what life is, sometimes shitty things happen and if you just roll over and take it without making a big stink than you deserve to get kicked out of school. Shit, you're in college, it's full of restless kids waiting to start shit. Get out there, find people to support you. College administrations are generally full of themselves and slow to move, but when people actually get up and show some passion you can actually make things happen.

So met with the associate dean again this morning, she has to go to another city 2 hours away to meet with the "registrar" about my "offenses"

I asked about the charges on harassment and she said that as of now, she is probably going to just call the police and tell them that the situation is resolved. Because really even though she didn't say it, I know they can't charge me, the status didn't have any names.

But because of the code of conduct, and how I need to be professional on facebook, and things like this are taken "very seriously" (eye roll)

a POSSIBILITY, I don't know anything for sure yet would be for me to be suspended (still the option of expulsion, but i doubt it now) But for no less than a semester. With only a few weeks left of the semester I am currently in, I asked if all my money was now wasted and all of my time, but she said maybe a negotiation could be set i.e: I get to finish this semester, but I will be suspended the next one and have to start a semester after everyone I am in classes with now.

Thinking about this,I honestly hope that, that situation happens, because that means I get to work for an extra few months, live at home for free, eat for free and I won't even have to see them when I come back because we will be in different classes.

On a side note, I am also in trouble for being apart of (for not reporting basically) that two other girls broke into the "victims" blackboard account and looked at her marks.

All in all, I'm a dumb broad. And this whole situation is fucking stuuuuuuuuuupid.

No charges, Finally found out my fate today.

There must have been more to it than that. You can't get expelled (or investigated) for that status. It's not offensive in the slightest bit, except maybe for dying monkeys but I doubt they give a shit about Facebook statuses.

That's hardly a reason to be kicked out, I would try and appeal it if they do follow through with it.

Some douche in my first year of med-school actually grabbed the penis of a donated corpse and made it talk like a puppet. But other than that, haven't heard of anybody being kicked out for stuff unrelated to poor grades.
