I would have to say pterodactyl because this came from a creature whose species ruled the Earth! Keep in mind, that narwhals didn't manage to rule the Earth like the dinosaurs did. Nowadays, humans are the dominant species. In terms of sheer power, I think a pterodactly might even be stronger than a narwhal in that sense. They have greater transportation with being able to fly, making them go on land and (mostly) air, while narwhals are usually just confined to water.
