no i don't mean not talking to them. i just mean they shouldnt ask questions like that, and instead just try to naturally get to know me by talking to me rather than me trying to describe myself and what not..
So, what do you not want people to know about yourself? You should tell us it.

No lol I mean I want people to know about me, but I want them to do it in a way where they can actually get to know me.
Like I don't want to just explain myself in one sentence to them. I want them to talk to me personally and engage in conversations with me so they can learn about the type of person I am through that process, rather than me just simply trying to condense my identity in one little paragraph.
The only problem I have with that saying is that it's too vague. I wouldn't know what to say.

Dew... Come on, the guy is saying that people should learn about each other through natural conversation, not a game of twenty questions.
This is exactly why the concept of dating seems so unnatural and artificial to me. Relationships should be a natural process and not forced.

they should leave that shit on fb were it belongs
Ugh, job interviewers love that question. I sometimes come close to pissing myself when interviewers ask me that, but I don't really show it.

If you're in a room with a woman and a man, and only two of you are leaving there alive, which two people are leaving that room alive? ..
.. That question will actually tell me something about you. There, easy, right?
Well what are you supposed to say? Well Im white obviously American and I live in the same general area as you or else we wouldn't have met. Also I do all these boring things sometimes and whar boring things do you do when youre not talking about them with strangers?
Basically, if it's your girlfriend asking this, you have to answer.
God, girls and the next level.

to further elaborate most conversations start off with a common interest. Never have I encountered a casual conversation starting with " so tell me about yourself"
