Flash 3 and javascript 2001-08-28 13:41:08 Reply

I'm a novice level flash 3 user, I built my bands website www.godfightsdirty.com out of flash.
I have found several javascripts posted on the net about sizing pop-up windows, so now;
FIRST- is it possible in flash 3 to use javascript to size my pop-up windows.
SECOND- if so, how do I go abouty doing this? I use the get-url command to load the pop-up windows, where is the code placed etc.??
If there is a good tutorial please point me in the right direction, if not any help is greatly appreciated.
If it's not possible, looks like I'll be buying flash 5.
Thanks.

You know, it wouldn't hurt to read over questions you have already asked - especially since they were answered here.

Yes. You have to understand that the geturl command is just like an "a tag" in html. As long as the browser that's viewing your pages is capable of using javascript, it'll all work.

Some of the best web designers are converted print workers. Keep with it ;)
