It really depends on what you're trying to animate, do you have any software for animating?

Yes well i got adobe flash cs4 last week aaand the animation style should be simple with thin lines and stuff of course im a big fan of egoraptor so id like to go in that kind of art style direction :)
Watch tons of other animations, look up the Animators Survival Kit, download VLC player and some of your favorite cartoons and scrub through them frame by frame and copy them. it's good practice and you learn good techniques

Well that's more about just understanding anatomy than animating

I onced tried to draw anime characters and it began to look almost alike to the picture i was drawing off but for some reason i kinda stopped with that :/ but only face expressions...maybe i should start life drawing again ! Thanks for the tip ^^
For animating in flash you should learn every thing you can about using symbols, even if you're doing frame by frame animation.
For your first animation you should start small and simple, like maybe something with stick figures, just so you can get the hang of it.

Okay thats a good idea ! Stick figures ! Thanks :D yeah i will probably do frame by frame animation and i think the most important shortcuts are F5 to F7 ...or what donyou mean by symbols?

shall i use the bone tool for the stick figure animation? i know how to use it so that i can (for example) wave an arm but how can i connect body parts? like the upper arm and under arm so that it becomes a full arm...if you know what i mean :s

Better than my first animation.
My advice is to look up as many tutorials as you can (i suggest sticking to ones based on fbf animation rather than animating with symbols and movie clips but it's your call). As a beginner you have to just be a sponge and absorb all the information you can. There's some good tuts on here as well, so you shouldn't be short of learning opportunities.
Now go out there and make us proud.
