Amaterasu from Okami.
Because she is a god and can do just about anything when she has all her abilities.
Terra from Final fantasy 6 for heals and magical abilities.
As for the weapons expert I choose Adam Jensen from Deus ex human revolution. His cyborg body allows him to not only be stealthy but also a battle hardened machine. He's good up close and with a variety of weapons.

Kratos from God Of War I honestly find his character to be the definition of bad ass. I'd feel overly safe.
Francis from Left 4 Dead. I need some comedy and some bad assery, with motorcycles.
