I did the cinnamon challenge last month

it was fun as fuck and on the third try i managed to swallow the cinnamon by allowing my saliva to break down the cinnamon for a couple of minutes

My friend got a tiny bit in her eye and she said it hurt. I can't imagine getting a whole puff of cinnamon smoke in there lol
