I'm trying not to sound like a broken record, but the way she raises her child is her call. Not to say that you shouldn't have an opinion about certain things, but you have no say because you're not the mother. If she wants to raise her child to think gay marriage is wrong, then that's her business.

It is discrimination. You can't help what you're grossed out by but you can help what you actually point out to people. Tolerance =/= acceptance. Everyone has the responsibility to put up with things to a reasonable point. It would be very difficult to make someone actually accept something that they don't agree with. Besides, you're comparing a physical trait that can be changed to something that someone can't change.

Some people are just ignorant, and intolerant. Really they are JUST gay, I don't see why anyone has to discriminate. Its honestly no different that blacks in the 1900's. Why do people have to fight just to have the basic rights in this country. Just because some people can't tolerate other's life styles. Its just pathetic.

I don't understand why people are overly sensitive about homosexuals. I personally believe that this was an abomination and makes the world harder for gays because a few people can't just look over things and say "whatever." Also when people are religious and they try to pray away the gay because god says that "it's immoral" is complete bullshit. I believe that gays are entitled to the same rights as us and shouldn't be discriminated with stupid shit like this. I feel bad for the two. And my opinion of the mother, why would you bring it up right in front of your five year old. It's not like he asked anything, and if he did, just tell them that they are going out with each other.
