A Newgrounds Renga

First off, if you aren't yet familiar with what a renga is, well, familiarize yourself with what a renga is. Here's how this works. Someone writes a haiku (5-7-5 syllables). Someone else writes a couplet of two lines, each seven syllables, leading from the haiku into a new idea. The next person writes a new haiku leading from the couplet. The process can continue indefinitely. Since I cannot trust the BBS users to post extra stanzas and only extra stanzas, I will be keeping a running copy of the collected work on Zoho Documents. Have at it, this is to start us off.

Actually, Renga is a legit form of poetry, and shouldn't be lumped in with the "writing games" that we discourage. I'll probably add something a bit later Anabioo!

I thought that the RPs were actually quite solid (if not banal and cliched) and that the writers actually got better, and actually spent time on their stories.

Still, they are all forum games, son!

Would it be a better idea to make a google / zoho doc with multiple editors, inviting writers via pm?

If anyone is interested in writing a stanza, pm me and I'll get them a link to edit the Renga. I will also be actively looking for people to invite.
