Also, I have a hard time believing that losing 60 more pounds won't make you look like a holocaust victim, OP.

I'm over 200 pounds, trust me, I'll be fine

15lbs was prolly the most I lost but it didn't last long. I was exercising too much and not eating so it wasn't healthy.

This thread is a true testament to the group-hug female users/gang-rape attention whores duality mindset of the Newgrounds BBS, and I love it.

And on topic, I guess 13 pounds in 2 months just because I changed normal eating habits. I don't recall being a fat-ass in need of becoming healthy as I live enough of a non-sedentary lifestyle to be in average weight standards.

7lbs. I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed and had some adverse reaction to the anesthesia and swallowed a lot of blood and threw up all night. I hadn't eaten the night before and threw up whatever went down all that night. Good times.

In 6th grade I was a bit chubby. The next school year I lost a bunch. I've been a thin cunt ever since.

i think i have lost 1 pound in under 10 seconds. a huge relief for me, and that's my personal record, for losing the most weight in the shortest amount of time.

and you know how i did it.

the most weight i have lost so far over an extended period of time is around 5 pounds. i did a lot of aerobic exercise during that period and lost a small amount of fat.

I am just a random user from a set of measure zero and thus am negligible. Or to put it another way, a worthless piece of shit.

Well I'll tell you something, I weighed 236 pounds at the end of 2009 and I was very unhappy because I was slow, gross and I felt alienated from my friends who were very skinny. They were always teasing me calling me "fatass" and "tubby".

I decided to go on something called, "weight watchers", and it really helped me. I'm sure you have heard of it, you should google it right now. I strongly suggest doing it because it is extremely easy and will help you to lose that weight. DO NOT DIET! I REPEAT, DO... NOT... DIET!!!!! Look up the facts, people who diet and lose weight have a very high chance of gaining it right back in the future. Weight watchers only requires you to figure out how many points you get to use in a day and then staying within those points. Every food has a point value and it is very easy to stay within your points, trust me, I can eat. Losing weight is ALL about a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, you need to get rid of any habits or routines that are harmful to you and your weight.

Of course losing weight always works best with exercise so figure out a routine that is right for you and get exercising daily. A little commitment and the weight should come off at a steady pace.

Needless to say, it is 2012 and I weigh 192 lbs (since early 2011). I feel good about myself and I built up my self-esteem and I don't care what anyone thinks anymore.

I also think that 80 pounds may be a little too much weight for you to lose, those BMI's really don't consider muscle mass, or large body types. I'm 6'5" with a larger build and the wii fit BMI still puts me only a little below overweight.

I hope you get a chance to read this because if you are or have been fat before, you know how hard it is and how much it affects your life.
