I'm not saying they're half-assed. It's a short list of BBS posters to read all the way through.

I highly doubt he reads anything at all, even reading the first 10 pages seems a bit excessive.

I think it makes more sense to read through the topics from first to last rather than reading through users in random order. This will give you a better picture of the posts in context, as well as a perspective on how the BBS has evolved over time. Do a little HTML so you have a frame at the top that lets you navigate from one thread ID to the next.

Hey, guess what: nobody cares about that rule. I have never met someone so offended by disregard for it. You need some thicker skin, man. Don't waste time on useless things because you think you have to follow some dumb rule.

There must be a better use for your time? Really picking out the users whom you think ignore the rules, most regulars already could tell you this. SCTE3 doesn't have a place on your list...
