Drop digital completely and work on traditional, There is little to no line confidence, but most importantly, little to no understanding of value. It also appears that you have no knowledge of lighting and you are just randomly blobbing it around. The proportions are fucking hideous and so is the character design. This is almost below deviant art level. But, the most hillarous part in this entire thing is the fact that you can't even draw hands.

As a matter of fact, you need to fucking work on everything, take 7th grade art over again.

Also, NO understanding of ANATOMY, what so ever.
This is what's killing you the most, but you can't do anatomy until you can draw the human figure (how it works etc) or else you'll wind up drawing stiff as fuck anatomical charts. Which is kind of what you're doing right now. Except there is no anatomy.

just a side note whilst i work on a 2000X2000 board full of anatomy sketches of women in very provocative poses, I just realized ive being going about art all wrong:

you see mostly ive been concentrating on a singular object rather than the presentation of said object this obviously has been hindering my drawings from achieving any artistic credibility whatsoever and i need to get into a different mindset of how I do things if I'm to advance thurther, so

setting, atmosphere and everything else needs its place in my art.

Hey, recently got a tooth pulled that broke during the procedure, I was in there for 45 minutes and was not put under, I did receive numbing injections so that's fine but the experience as a whole was very unpleasant, had my eyes closed for the entirety and bled immensely after it, why am I telling you this? because during the unpleasant procedure grimy black and white oil paintings of my design were being flashed before my eyes, I am very weak now so I've only been able to do a draft if one of them a quick mock up though I intend to make more based on said visions, for now I am to rest for I do not possess the strength to do much in the way of work or indulge in hobbies, don't think It would do much good anyway my motor skills are lacking and my perception of everything is off, indeed no good will come of this until I am in tip top shape to proceed as normal, so until then I will halt all production: Like that will change anything.

using observation to draw is really weird, the helmet designer really makes the appearance of the thing really subtle compared to other sentai helmets and my designs, the approach uses some basic elements (mouth guard, head plate, visor)
however the whole thing minimalises on layers and appendages in favor for a more compact and smooth design.

anyway im off to sleep, not enough hours in a day to complete it now.

I should widen the head plate at the top edges, i think as a whole its a little too thin.

kinda, the idea just hit me and it was just one of those things you draw because you wanted to, for fun really, so when it came around to the rest of the body it just seemed like a chore to do and at that point I just wanted to draw something else.

I made it shiny.

probably going to get rid of most of the highlights and try to blend some of the others together.

If I designed batman he'd look A little something like this.
