The outside is too scary, the Civil War, World Wars, and the Gulf wars happened out there.
At the moment i spend way too much time at home.
I need to sort some things out.
Blegh.
Don't you have everything you want?
Clicking my sig takes you to my latest song. You.. you should click it. I'd like that. And maybe you'd like it, too.
I spend too much damn time at home. I admit it because I sometimes want to go out but never do and ffffffffffffffffffuck am I a lazy son of a bitch.
Only leave the house to buy food and video games. Totally not a loser, right?

Trust me I know the feeling all too well. I'm almost going to be 19, and I have virtually nothing to show for it. Most of the people I know are either enrolled in college, or have a regular day job. I have no plans to attend college at the moment, so getting a job is going to be crucial for me. I've held about two jobs in the past, but they didn't last for very long. I'm trying to motivate myself right now to go back out there and seek employment so by the time summer arrives, I'll be able to have enough money for a car and do something interesting this summer..
I spend loads of time at home, but sometimes I want to go out and ride my bike.
I'm so d*mn tired.
i do but i have reasons
im
unemployed (im also sick so cant get a job and be sick all the time that why i been going to the doctors to get better)
social aint so good too but i have friends who invite me to go to there houses and
other friends who invite me to go airsoft wars with them but i dont have that good of gun to play
(i use to go to the mall but it got boring after two of my favorite stores closed )
i also dont get out because of the "friends" in the neighborhood are assholes they act tough say there in gangs in reality they bring sham to the gang to the way they act
all they want to do is smoke get high (the legal shit that gave people heart attacks and shit) every fucking day
sit at there porches and talk shit
i cant drive i know WTF
"Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is?
Same here, besides school i need a job

I'm usually home most of the time and it sucks. I need to get a job. Unemployment sucks ass.
When not in college, I'm at home.

When I'm not at work or buying stuff that I need to survive, I'm at home.
I can't think of anything more depressing than going out and mingling with these drones.

Well, yeah, you should really try your best at getting a job and keeping it. Don't give up too soon, either.
Really, getting out and being active pays off. You'll feel better about yourself and get to meet more people etc.
I'm a bit of a hypocrite for saying that though..
Even though i am currently enrolled in college (even though it's a bit different here) i've been home for the past 2 weeks not going to school at all. The reason is that i wanna quit, college is making me unhappy for a couple of reasons.
So i want to quit, get a job and attend college again in a year.. or two.
The thing is that i'm such a damned coward that i've been putting off telling this to my family and they think i'm doing just fine and shit even though i already talked about quitting at school. I don't want to tell my family i'm not happy and tell them about my issues and shit. But i have to, i can't go on like this.. argh.

I go to school five days a week and attend a Taekwondo class three days a week. Other than those activities, I leave the house about once a month if even that.

I live/spend most of my life on a boat. It's not like I can just go for a walk to the shops.

Yeah man I hear you. I don't know why I hesitate so much. I guess It's because I enjoy spending so much time at home and having all this freedom, and if I get a job all of that will be taken away and I won't have anymore free time like I do now and it will just be constant work work.. Guess you can't win everything.. And yeah, I have a few friends who are also struggling with college. I guess it's because many people enroll in college and they're never really sure what they want to pursue and they end up losing interest within the first year. That's pretty much why I don't want to go to college, unless I'm 100% sure it's something I can make a career out of..

I think walking my dog every day probably kept me sane through my experience of unemployment since I also didn't have much of a social calendar. Outdoor exercise really seems like an ideal solution as it'll also keep your spirits up.
I would love to spend more time outdoors, but right now it's been pretty cold. Also, my neighborhood isn't exactly very nice sadly. But yes, I agree. Going for a leisurely stroll or riding a bike or doing something active is a good step..
It's better for society that I remain isolated from it.

I only leave my apartment to go bowling or go to work. There isnt much to do in northwest ohio.
Jeez dude
I can't physically live enclosed in walls for a period longer than 24 hours. I love to chill with others too much.
you're all doing a great job
I like the outdoors, but I hate being out during winter unless someone is with me.
Basically, I'm only at home to eat and sleep. Then again, I'll be moving to the UK in 6 months, so I'll probably staying some more at home. Quality time and all that, right?

I wish I could but school and other shit forces me too.
Not to mention I have to use a public computer most of the time -__-
I do...even if I have work, I go home immediately...I can't replace the safety of our home to the outside world O.o
Other than work I pretty much stay at home all the time. Same with weekends.
I could have a good social life if I wanted I just choose otherwise. I'm pretty sure being in the Army plays a role with the anti-social tendencies if that makes any sense.
I never leave my basement...only to eat.
hi
unfortunately, yes
trying to get out more though

These guys have serious skills
i was a loner for a long while as I was a dropout who was working one to twice a week while my friends were attending high school. Now I've gone back to school I don't feel lonely which is awesome, I think that is worth the boringness. As I dropped out of high school the year before my final year, after one term, I am now in the year below what I would of been in if I had stayed at school. I think this is cool because its giving me the chance to meet more people. If you guys are home alone or own your own place I advice you guys to invite a few mates over and have drinks or pass the joint ;) gets you to open up and socialise as well which is awesome.
Probably about 50/50, possibly leaning a little more to the home side. I work four days a week, I've got uni twice and I'll sometimes go round a mates and stop there for the night or head on a night out and stumble back at stupid o' clock.
