Also, guilt by association. If you are with a friend who has marijuana, and your friend is not USING the marijuana, and you don't even KNOW that your friend has the marijuana to begin with, you can still be arrested just for being with them while they have it on them, though you had no idea. That's fucking bullshit.

In Toronto, you can't drag a dead horse down Yonge street on a sunday (I'm going to assume any other day is fine). You also can't spit in public. In one town in Kansas it's illegal to throw knives at a man wearing a striped suit. That law isn't as stupid as these.

In the State Of California it is illegal to own, sell, or purchase ferrets. THey consider them pests (and rats and mice aren't? Hell you can have them as pets...) this is an older law but still they enforce it. Its fucking retarded. Its so fucking stupid that i can't show off my ferrets to friends or anyone else. (yes i have them...FUCK the law on that)

You cannot bury your own pets in your backyard once they pass away. (guility as charged)

They say you can be 18 to legally aquire a marajuana medical card. But cannot enter the dispenseries where they hand out the stuff. (at least to the one i've seen) you have to be 21. (don't use a card haha.. damn i'm breaking all kinds of laws where im at)
