As of March 3rd, The Hub will be my favorite TV network, because that's when they start running The Aquabats Super Show.

Here in Japan, I really like my local prefecture channel (I only get 5 in my apartment). They have a lot of wacky variety shows all the time.

but the one I spend the most time one is probably either fox, MSNBC or channel ten (local news channel)
