Re-listened to a lossless copy of Life (2010) [FLAC EAC] and let me say its worth a re-visit. Consider he hired all the artists who worked on the beats/background stuff to be hired through his hookup so they didn't know it was for a hiphop album. Because generally when you tell a person hey I need a riff for this 'hip hop song' they generally just repeat the same chord over and over or some dumbass shit. Sage is a good artist and you can tell because he knows about motherfucking Nardwuar.

Naah, man. A lot of his older stuff is amazing. Ever seen his battle raps? He never takes himself very seriously and he kills it every time. Plus there's some really good 'rare' stuff out there.
