I don't know just worry about my art
If you are serious about improving, I say scrap what you're doing right now, and get down to basics.
You really need to improve your human form, so start working on anatomy fundamentals.
Some good practice can be gotten just drawing from references, so here are a few sources.

http://www.pixelovely.com/gesture/figuredrawing.php
http://lovecastle.org/draw/
http://www.posespace.com/
Now, there is nudity in some of these sites, so just be warned ahead of time, but you have to learn the human figure to improve your anatomy.

Don't draw what you think you see, draw ONLY what you see.
Finished this artwork tried using some photoshop I don't know how to use it effectively so I gave it blur effect.
