Hit to the nuts = "unfair"?

Some guys on here seem to think kneeing or kicking another guy in the nuts is somehow unethical.
How so?
You're in a fight. The other person wants to cause you pain and physical trauma. Why let them?
If someone started a fight with me, and there was no way to back down, you're goddamn right I would knee the guy in his balls.

Depends on the fight. If it's an honourable thing or an official competition, then yes, it's not allowed. If it's a street fight, go ahead. That douche deserves it.

Most people prefer to do it in a more respectable manner, by pummeling their opponent into submission through a series of blows. Not one cheap ass blow which will render your enemy sterile.

I can understand a woman going for the groin if she's being attacked or something, but in most fighting situations it's just not cool. When some douche is trying to "pummel me into submission", am I expected to hold back and not target their weak areas? Why would I give someone else the chance to hurt me - if I'm not going to fight him effectively, I might as well lie on the floor and let him win.

When I'm in a fight, I don't care about "manners" or "respect"; I like to end the fight quickly as possible and as painful as possible, so of course I'm gonna' kick the other guy in the ballsack if I don't have another choice. First a kick to the nuts, then when they're on the ground grabbing for their nuts, then I offer a kick to the face. Quick, easy, and I can get on with my life and hurry up the fight.

Depends on the type of fight. Are you fighting for competition, fun, or is it an agreed upon fight? No nut kicking. If somebody attacks you or they don't respect your decline to fight, kick the goobers and stomp em' twice.

There's no definition of "playing dirty" in all out brawls. Besides, if both have testicles, it's a fair advantage. If someone gets hit in the nuts, it's because they didn't think of it first. We're animals at the base of it, and I'm sure as hell we'd use this if we were still neanderthals. Go for it. (Though a woman should never hit a guy in the balls. Unfair call. But a guy should never hit a girl anyway, so...)

The reason you don't is because the crotch is a small target, you're supposed to shoot at the chest because it's the quickest way to take someone down. Not because of ethics or something.

It's not unfair. All you idiots should have enough common sense to know that nobody willing gets into a street fight ever. EVER.
Stop giving advice based on Hollywood movies. There is no 'code of honour', if you are in a fight someone is out to bash/rape/mug you. In this case you try and do something to get a chance to run in the other direction.
