I was just thinking, of implementing some kind of player at the bottom of the screen that plays NG music as you browse around the site, complete with pause/next/volume buttons/sliders and stuff. Bad idea?
Once you learn this is remedied by launching your music player or opening up the audio portal in a new tab, the idea seems a bit gimmicky. It's an interesting concept though, if you could queue all your favorite songs from the audio portal and have them play shuffled in-browser without having to download them
Would be a cool feature.... but!
Everyone is already listening to music when they enter newgrounds BBS

Oh come on, this is Newgrounds and we have a lot of great music here and I would love to listen to it while browsing Newgrounds.

Ignore that this is 2012 and there are such things as tabs... lol

I only thought of it, since when I returned to the front page from a song, the song stopped. It would be great for it to keep going from that page... on a music bar or something similar. Your way... ugh it takes a tiny bit of work...
I don't want to listen to NG music while on NG. Let me listen to my own music thank you very much.

Why in the world would it be required?
I always found that having something playing on the frontpage was a good idea. Like bytesize when it was still around and played either a variety of animations or the Endless Handbag Loop.
