I got a question about my idea.
I sort of want to recreate a scene (not a specific one) of some sword techniques by Samurai Jack in that old cartoon Samurai Jack. I think it would be a great excersize, animation, and make a GREAT finished product.
Would you mind me doing this, or would you rather have something more towards original content.
Well, I usually have a preference for original content, but if it fits the "sketchy" look we're going for with this collab, I'll be willing to give it a shot.

Well, here is my example thingy:
It's actully a project that I was working on, a rip-off of the popular youtube video "the edge", but it was never finished and never will be.
So I should use it as a example!
If I put your name on the list, you're going to have to seriously work at your animation skills. The higher fps rate should mean it's smoother anyway, but you need to work on the flow of movement, and hopefully either animate something a little more than stickmen, or animate stickmen really well. As it is right now, I don't think your animation is up to scratch, but you've got time and should use it to change that. Look up tutorials, particularly ones about animating movement and get better at it. D'you think you can do that?

Ah, shit. Sorry man. Are you sure? There's still space on the list if you change your mind.

Would be cool to be in this project. A friend of mine slammed together a bunch of old files I got laying around, thats why I put his name in there as well.
Good luck with the collab! I'll check up to see if you like it or whatever.
That's quite good. The few things I will say are that those last couple of seconds start to get excessively messy. Maybe just get rid of the dog thing that randomly appears in the last few frames, and stop the different doodles crossing over each other so much. And your name in the corner shouldn't be a hyperlink; there's going to be a place for links to people's pages built into the menu. And lastly, colour. Now, typically, Sketch Collabs lean more towards greyscale rather than including colour, but you've not used too much, so if you don't want to fix it up, it'll probably be ok.
Other than those, that already seems like it could be a good part. I'll put your name on the list.

Like Retrosleep, I'd want this to be my first animated submission to Newgrounds. I wanna see if I'm cut out for stuff like this. I could provide a sample if necessary too. Could i join?
Yeh, sure. Since you've not got any submissions, it'll probably be best if you show some sort of sample just to see what you're capable of right now. I ought to make some sort of actual rule saying everyone who has either no submissions or no good submissions should post a sample...

Also, has anyone taken the credits yet?
I'd like to claim that as well.
I can run over an idea of how they'd go to you Yhtomit in PM if you'd let me take em on.
Yeh, that's fine. No one's taken them yet, so I guess it's all yours.
