4chan is catered to adults with adult things such as myself. It's layout is perfection, especially when flooded with stupid threads and disturbing images.

Level icons seem a lot less significant now that everyone gets a personal icon. Redesign is fine though. Not sure if I like it better or not though.

Because every single time something changes, dipshits complain... and not about specific problems, but more like... about the simple concept of change.

I like the site itself but I'm not sure yet what to think of the new forums. A lot of the anonymity has been taken away and the significance of the level icons have been taken away, which I suppose is a good thing?

Also I like how there is a larger variety of emoticons, some look weird though like number 2 (I liked the old one of it better I think.)

but being serious it will take a while to get use to. Liked the orange on dark gray contrast. It seems like simplicity is no more.

The redesign is neat. Sure I liked the old layout, but I also liked the layout before that. You'll get used to it, and so will I. I really dig all the new features and the forums are more user-oriented with out mini-pics and cool new levels (the old levels were the bomb, but hey change is good). I think over-all Newgrounds has taken a step in the right direction.

they should allow users to choose themes to change some of these backgrounds because theyre really bright and the classic portal should be he default setting and the browser icon should go back to the tank. the bar at the top is very colorful the website looks like a big rave party. I like some of the new features but truth be told the only reason I'm posting is to see what my new level icon looks like

It could definitely be a little less... blurry. Like everything glares and shines with such extreme intensity. I do believe it might be a lot better if it were more subtle, more sharp and more quiet like before. Other than that I'm fine.

well, it was about time for a new look, though i dislike the new audio portal setup.

i don't hate it, it's just new. Everyone doesn't like new things.

I love the redesign but so far I only got two major problems with it....

One, lack of a photoshop forum. Seriously, I am disappoint. You'd think they would add in new forums as part of the package.

Two, the level icons aren't that good. I wish they did the previous level list and made them into the current style. I want my level 42 sword back...

However, Tom did say this year we will get a lot of updates to this design so I'm keeping my fingers crossed...

We'll all get used to it. It's certainly a bit overwhelming at first, no?

Yea im sure they well add chat eventually i like it but everything seems really small on the forums.

Honestly, i'm kinda disapointed there's no Literature Portal.

Maybe they'll add it a little later? I dunno.

Looks good enough for me, it feels strange and I'm not really fond of change, but I think I'll get used to it and find it pretty good, just need some time.

Haha, not like we have a choice.
I think its just just a taken a more fun aspect to it and detracted from stats and icons.
Its definitely made the portal more accessible, easier to use and more user-friendly, i.e "nice looking".
