We need to dig into the messages that come up when you vote. That is something that didn't get fully fleshed out, but because we want to overhaul voting we'll have to decide if we just go straight into overhauling and working around that.

7 Days of Movies
7 Days of Games
Let me know if something seems lacking there... So far my experience has been that I can find fun stuff a lot more easily. You can also sort by score or views (those are sorted by date).
So in the 7 days option. Can we have the rating be colorized on scroll over instead of just red I'm used to going by color and red still makes me think its rated adult.
Well well, I'm glad to see some actual CHANGE is being made. It's been 8 long years since I discovered this site in middle school and a I can finally see it's transformation.
I have to say though... it's come along nicely.
I liked the 1998 page better.
BRING BACK THE 1998 LAYOUT.
And site. music.
Just make it louder this time.
Wow, this is cool -- very big changes.
I like the artsy background and colorful navigation buttons. The youtube-like buttons with image+title only for selecting content is an interesting idea, and certainly more current I think in terms of other popular websites.
Oh, and looks like review scores and flash scores are finally coordinated -- wonderful! :D But I wonder, maybe it's time to remove either the voting bar (and replace with plus/minus) or remove scoring within the reviewing system? It just seems strange to still have two ways to rate a submission -- seems confusing to me (especially since the submission's overall rating is star-based, but that overall rating is seems to be determined not by reviewsâEU"which do show starsâEU"but by the voting barâEU"which does not).
Overall, though, looks awesome. I always like how you guys are awesome and brave enough to be able to practically reinvent yourselves like this every so often.

1. Submissions that are under judgment no longer show view count.
2. The redesigned website sometimes causes UltraSurf to crash when I use IE (although I suspect this issue is more on UltraSurf's side).
3. No error message would appear when I vote on a Flash that I've already voted on.
Strange, I get an error message if I try to vote on the same game twice. We'll have to spruce up the judgment phase. It's just such a huge step forward to have everything migrated over here, excited to move forward.
I just wanted to say, everything looks good, but the voting icons are not showing up in at least the audio portal when you want to vote 0-5 for a song.
But like seriously guys, this webpage blew my mind. I knew the redesign would be coming, but my hopes were set low. I'm so blown away by how incredible everything looks.
In particular, I love the new audio portal. First there's new songs, draws your attention to them. Then you have "current" popular songs. Then some other categories. And finally, at the bottom, you have the all-time classics category. Brilliant, I've been wishing we had something like that for months.
I give the redesign an A+, pat yourselves on the backs.
Hey guys, I'm Klokinator. My forum is http://zeldaengine.net and I'm making a Fire Emblem game with RMXP, and I'm admin of that forum, which is for the Project Zelda Engine.

Not only to I have to upload 4 movies but also 4 games a year to have it all neat and tidy, but I have do in intervals of 4 so that means I have to do 4, 8, 12, ect... movies in a year to keep everything neat!
Actually I want to change that box to be like the Art sort box... A single box, filtered by ratings, sorted by date, score, views or title. So at least then you don't have to balance out each year! Right now it's like the old site because that was the quickest way forward in that area.
It's definitely well constructed design, sleek, modern, and distinctively newgrounds in nature. The new features are great and the additional emotions pleasantly surprised me, but I still kind wish there was an option to revert back to the old design. I'm not ready for all this change.
I'd rather learn from one bird how to sing

this is probably gonna take some getting used to it. by the way, am I the only one thinking Newgrounds: Human Revolution? maybe it's all the different shades of orange
I actually like the look of the Under Judgement section more than the rest of the new portal.
In the Under judgement I can see icons, titles, authors, scores and anything else I might want at a glance. In the new portal all we can see is the icon. I'm far less likely to watch anything if I don't know who made it, or what the score is before I click it. Having to hover over it for the title is a little annoying too, and seems like a function that should be limited to the front page.
I think to some degree the point of removing blue/green scoring is so that people will check out submissions they otherwise wouldn't, but I do that anyways when I have the time. Not having any info on a flash until after I go to the page is very frustrating. I thought I would just use the classic portal, but it appears to have lost the necessary hover feature where I can see the author(s) and score.
It will take some getting used to, that's for sure, but right now it seems like a step down (despite the Under Judgement format being a step up).
One word... Awesome...
Cartoons will be Cartoons. Movies will be Movies. Games will be Games. will be Everything. At least that's what I think. :P
