Newgrounds.com — Everything, By Everyone.

There's a glitch where if you are on any one's user page (even your own) and click on the account button, it just adds /account you the end of the user page url.
e.g. if you were on example.newgrounds.com and clicked on account it would go to example.newgrounds.com/account instead.

Is it not possible to edit the posts? Any way, after a few tries the "Classic portal" finally managed to open itself, so now my first complaint just got at least partially deprecated. :) Is it a plan to keep the classic portal permanently available?

It's hard to make comparisons now that the old design isn't here for a direct comparison, but I do think that the general structure of the site is now better thought out, and that's an important thing!

I only have one gripe.. I don't like the new font, it's very annoying and makes me feel like my browser is zoomed in 125% or so.

Other than that and the obvious glitches to be expected at this point (mostly associated with the user interface), I love it brah!

OK, first: Hail to the redesign, baby. It took fucking long enough!

Second: When I click in Account Settings, I get the message "ERROR âEU" The page you requested could not be found." and the angry face

Third: I also tried to post in the front page using the secret, but the site crashed.

FINALLY. I love this so much. it is so beautiful!!! So....beautiful....

WTF?

I mean: "ERROR: The page you requested could not be found."

I guess I should point out a few things I don't like.

- All submissions can no longer be seen, so in the classic portal, if you are 51st most recent, your flash gets buried unless you are populare, the same thing goes for seeing past awards, such as previous Review Crew Picks or Underdogs.

- Bug with links if you are on a userpage, insted of links going to where they should, it adds <name>.newgrounds.com/whatever which ends up leading to a 404.

- Flash API is unavalible for download.

There are a lot of good things and nice ideas, it's just a shame somethings seem to be a step backwards, it's going to be much harder to find an underrated flash now than it was before.

Although it'll take some getting used to (I've been used to certain things for a LONG TIME on this site), I could see myself embracing the newnewgrounds as much as the old. Good work, Newgrounds!

I do have a few complaints though. A few have been mentioned already, so I'll bring up my major complaint.
The frontpage just doesn't look as cool anymore. I don't like the "just images" set up. I'd prefer the title and a little description next to each picture with the artist, like it used to be. That seems more organized to me and gives the front page featured artists a little bit more exposure.

I haven't been of Newgrounds for months but someone told me of the new design so I decided to check it out and I was like WHAAAAAT!!!!?

Anyway, yeah, it's pretty cool.

Sorry to say, but i hate it.. it's like 2 steps back.

I am so fucking impressed right now. This doesn't really feel like Newgrounds but that's just because it's all so new!
I'm really excited and I just fell inlove with this website all over again.

The new layout is primo! Only issue I have with it is that I can no longer see when my music has new reviews, so I have to go through them all to reply to a new review.
