Contributors - you may need to take a moment to wrap your head around the Project System
One thing I'd like to inquire about...
I have been added as a co-author to a few movies that I would no longer like to be listed as, I don't want to have that sort of reputation as a few of the older ones (I mean the ones from years ago, not the 2012 one) are spam, or just garbage (in my opinion of course).
I looked around the Project system, and I still can't remove myself as a co-author, or remove any of my flashes for some reason. There are a few flash submissions (the movies) I submitted myself a number of years ago, and I haven't been able to completely remove them for some reason, and I was hoping that would be fixed.
If any admin can contact me, or help me out about this, please do.. I'd really appreciate it.

So it has it's pros and cons but overall it's REALLY nice. Excellent work guys. I hope it's permanently up now, though, and doesn't crash again.
I'm having a problem submitting my flash today:
Whenever I try to publish the flash, it takes me to an error screen that only says "ERROR: (flash filename).swf".
It's been happening for the past 2 hours, and this should probably be looked into pretty soon.
Again, writers get no love. No Lit Portal--hell, there isn't even an aura for writers; all we can pick is melancholy.
Giving out writing reviews to anyone who wants them (exception: poems. I'll find you).
Oh, something I don't like: on particularly long threads, the old layout gave us the most recent 5 or so pages as direct links. The new layout only gives us the latest page. I think this was an important feature because you could tell at a glance how many pages back you had to go to get to where you left off reading the thread. I'd like to see that added back in.
Deploy the... it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... whoosh!
Please help fund my horror novel. I'll love you forever.
Alright, I have a few complaints about missing features I previously used. Overall the redesign is very cool, so taket his with a grain of salt. However, I would like to regain functionality I previously had.
#1 On the main page of the site I like having the small list of most recent games/movies added to the portal. That was my instant browsing I could see without having to follow any links and still find many flashes. (I would check the page often.) It would be nice to have that box return somewhere on the main page.
#2 When I followed a link it would turn a darker color afterwards. This was an easy way to remember which games/movies I had already experienced even if I forgot the title or picture. This feature is gone because there is no actual text link to follow. I would love to have some way for that to return. (E.G. A small border around each icon that changed color once you had viewed it.)
#3 The ad box is now above the information about the flash. This makes me scroll past the ad to see relevant information. This displeases me and wastes my time. Please return the ad to a position below the author/flash information.
#4 I don't like having to hover my mouse over the stars to see the actual rating. Numbers are much better than graphics in this case. The difference between 3.3 stars and 3.9 stars is barely visible graphically, but often means a world of difference in the quality of the flash. I have no objection to the graphical stars as long as the score shows next to them.
Thank you for your consideration, onward with the redesign!

LOL, you were right.
Redesign is.... different. I'll need time to adjust.

Yep I think from the front page at a glance looks more like a typical flash game website now than one focused on the community and user made content. A little colder, a little more mainstream. Just my feeling.
This is weird. Going to take some getting used to.
the 'launch popup' button should switch to a 'switch to onsite view' button after it launches a popup
The skewed backgrounds look really lazy, and the ads look like part of the content.. which makes the content look cheap.
Otherwise the redesign is really slick and excellent.
Hmm, hard to find the ratings on some of the movies. That usually helps, but I'm just now getting into the new shinny buttons..
I'm loving the design of the site, my only issue is that whenever I browse songs in the Audio Portal (it's really the only thing I look at since anything else takes forever and a day to load with my crappy internet connection), it gives a message that it works best with Flash Player 11. Sadly, I'm on an older computer, a PowerBook G4 running on Power PC, and the latest version of Flash requires an Intel processor, so I can't upgrade my systems to actually listen to the music. This makes me sadface, since I can't afford a new computer (much as I would love one), so I can't listen to any music or download anything new until I manage to save up for that Macbook I want. )':

I think it will look as you tweak it over time as of now its great but lacking some other features.
