Well, the angles of the eyeguys' heads make it look like they're just looking around the wall at each other, so it might be a good idea to fix that.

POXNORA ??? A Very Unique game
What do the four words on the wall mean? Is there a specific reason for each?
A general rule that I've always try to stick by is to never use straight black or straight white, use some type of off black or off white. Just doesn't mix well.
Very nice. However i do think the eyes should be changed to face forward more. Like having the iris parcialy shown, a side veiw. Love it so far, but maybe change it so more emphasis on the wall, which according to you is the focus of the peice. Try making things less extravagant around the wall and contrast things to make the wall more appealing. The first thing my eye sees when i look at this are the three eyes. the background and the effects are slightly overpowering. However sometimes overpowering can work. It just takes a lot of re-sizing and tweaking.
Art is more than oil on a canvas!
