I'm not really much of a digital painter so not sure if i can give you much advice on technique, you seem to have your shading down pretty well. The only thing i would crit is the body position, just seems a little awkward, i think its the arm on the left (her right) which is throwing it off, the shoulder is a bit hunched and tucked inwards. Otherwise nice attempt, just keep churning em out and you'll get better, look at a few books on human anatomy or life drawing, they'll help you with drawing accurately proportioned and positioned figures. It will also help with the shading when it comes to things like muscle and other body types :)

Yea, I agree with maxamillion, the pose is lacking. Your painting skills look pretty good actually, you just need to refine it a bit more, you should also reference poses from here, or simply look it up i google Images. Keep practicing and keep up the good work.

I like this almost seems like the shading was abit too much though too dark in some places.
