Animation Why U No Work!?

I've had trouble with animation in the past. I've gone from VERY POOR animations with cameras and inatimate objects, NO PERVS, then went to pivot. I'm pretty good with pivot just it's not quite what I'd like to be working with. And to add to my progress I've been seing these Adobe Flash animations. I'd like to get into this kinda work. My new computer should be arriving here soon, that means I get Adobe Flash with it! but i would like to appreciate any videos HELPING me with getting started. Any VERY BASIC how-to's out there? PM me some vids

Pivot's gay, you're definitely best off moving to flash. Do everything alex616 said, it's solid advice.
