It been kept really quite.
Some of the guys signing this have not even been elected. I heard a rumor that the only reason we heard about it in the first place was because of a leak from inside.

And if anyone is wondering iam NOT butthurt about not being able to watch tv shows for free. ACTA allows ISP's monitor all our communications to "make sure" were not pirating. Dont know about you guys but i dont want my private life monitored constantly.

The law was signed in america on October the 1st. Its bassicly going worldwide now as its going to europue and beyond.

I think confusion about ACTA was ment. I dont think it will get enforced straight away. Its more stealthy to bring the enforcement in slowly so no one notices it at first. Kinda like that experiment with the frog and the water thats slowly brought to the boil.

I'm not really musical, I know most of the songs from multimedias I experienced and not listen a lot myself. No, Wikipedia is right. The treaty was brought up and signed in October 1st by several countries, all they needed was the European Union to sign it for this treaty to be finalized. That is happening tomorrow.
