Who cares? Animators can always convert their files so they match the upload.
Its the coders that'll have to switch to a new language and they have to switch every few years as it is anyway.
going from AS2 > AS3 / C > C+ / etc.
So I why would anyone really care?
The only thing I'll miss is the right click that flash has. You know, the one where you get to pause and zoom in and shit.
But most people put in buttons or disable that anyway.
I just realized something. Shockwave lets you see things in pure vector format. Converting your file to a video format results in a lot of quality loss...
Seeing that shockwave files are so small, I don't think a lot of sites will really let flash "die out"
You know...saving servers space or whatever.
OH WELL WHAT DO I KNOW. I don't care, converting your end result isn't a big issue. Every flash animator does it for youtube anyway.
