Conceptual artwork needed

Hi. So im new to posting on this forum so don't hesitate to call me stupid and what not if this is a dumb thing to ask.
Well I have this short story (1 page exactly) based on an idea I had and it is written by a friend of mine. I was just wondering if somebody with great drawing skills and good imagination would do me the honor of doing a few conceptual artwork for it? Not sure I want to just show everyone the whole story though. Here is an excerpt and some keywords:

Dark comedy, Noir-rish, Violent,

"It's the year 3307. The City of Angels has become a hunting ground for all manner of sexual perverts. Only one man has the courage and willpower to stand against the pedophiles that infest the diseased scumpit that is L.A."

I imagine a stylised and exaggerated style, but at the same time detailed and rich looking. I know that illustrating can be a time consuming process and unfortunately I don't have much to offer as payment. We might come to an agreement (however I am not situated in the US)
I have no idea if ill ever make anything out of this short story so the artwork would be purely for my own self gratification.

Fine! Here is the rest of it. If anybody would like to draw me 3 illustrations/concept art for this then I would be much obliged.

It was a dark night in the formerly bright and colorful Hollywood area. Sexoffenders lurked in every alley the few good people left in this town had long since locked themselves in for the night, yet two creatures could be observed, boldly strolling down the streets of Tinseltown.

"Who are we hitting tonight?" beeped Penetratron with his Nokia 3210-like voice.
"There's an old pedo-hangout at 4th avenue." answered Mr Spacewood, "We've hit it before, but they recently started to rebuild and use it again. We're going to show them that anywhere we've set foot is cursed ground for their kind."

They reached the door to the hideout on 4th avenue. Mr Spacewood knocked hard on the door and the little hatch on the door opened.
A ratlike face peered out and asked, "Who's th-"
"Justice!" Spacewood screamed and shoved the barrel of his revolver into the ratman's eyeball and pulled the trigger.
Penetratron beeped loudly and kicked the door in. Immediatly he was faced with 3 angry sexual predators armed with powertools. He lunged at them and drove his iron fist into and through the first guys ribcage. "You have just been penetrated!" he booped excitedly.
A second creep brought a chainsaw down on his shoulder. Unlucky for him. The chain broke on contact with Penetratron's metal body and whipped across the creeps face at high speed.
He scream in agony for 3 whole seconds before Spacewood set him free with a slug to the brain.
The third turned a ran and for his efforts he got a shot in the back of his knee, he fell over and started crawling. Spacewood crushed his head under his boot as he walked past him.

They gunned down a few more in the hallway before heading upstairs.
What awaited them there was none other than the Head Pedophile himself. The Headophile.

He was unarmed but he charged at them all the same. He was going for Spacewood, but Penetratron stepped in and headbutted him right in the mouth. He fell down and as he attempted to get up Spacewood delivered a kick that shattered his shin.
They could not resist beating up further. but after about 15 minutes, Spacewood finnaly said "Ok, time to die creep."
"Wait!" He pleaded, "Before you kill me, why do you do this to us??"
"I can't stand pedos."
"We didn't want to be this way! Tell me, how can YOU look upon a child and not feel aroused?"
Spacewood grinned. "Heh, it's simple" he said proudly. "I HAVE NO PENIS."

The point of collaborations is to create a finished product, not to satisfy a personal desire. if you want to collaborate, either offer payment (20 per landscape maybe?) Or expand your project into something tangible

I would love nothing more than to make a film or motion comic out of this, but as of now I dont have the resources, but if someone would like to draw me 3 illustrations/concept art I will concider paying them, I just don't know what is normal pay for that. You say "20 per landscape", 20 USD? If thats it then no problem.

yeah, 20 bucks. Might not be much, but it is a going rate on deviant art for just about anything lol....try deviant art too btw.

Hey, I can pay 20 buck per illustration no problem. So there is the offer then I guess. Also thanks, never thought of Deviant Art, might get more response there.
