How much would it cost to get a animation done like this i been wanting to do a Street Fighter Animation short.

Very exspensive.

And although I've always liked that short, I have to question whether or not it's not just a bunch of trace overs from various anime clips.

Animation at that quality your looking at a day rate of about 400-450$ With a turnover of about 30 seconds a week. so around 4000$ a minute if you got it done by a lower-end animator. Those are Hollywood prices though, I imagine you could get it done for less daily, but would have to deal with a pretty intense language barrier, and at the very least 5 complete revisions of the animation due to misunderstanding and disinterest.
