So i know this game is old, but I just got it and played it(for a school assignment no less), and i had to say, i was amazed at this game, especially with the art and the story. The music as well is quite memorable, i liked buying all the cds and just listening to the different music tracks. The battle system was also interesting, tricky to get the hang of at first, but easy to do once that happened.
Im not so much a wordsmith as some of you, so all i really wanted to do was announce that i had the game, and spur some conversation about it. So for those of you who have played it, tell me, what are your thoughts about the game?

Also, Neku is going to be in the New KH game for the 3DS!

Storyline was trippy and probably had too many plot twists for its own good, but it was still a highly decent game. It was a pretty original idea and the music was outstanding as well.

Definitely needs a sequel.

It's not a stretch to say that TWEWY is the best game for the Nintendo Ds. This game rocks!

Of course, this is totally from my biased opinion. TWEWY was the only game I actually obsessed over.

Whenever we do trig in math class.....

I'm loving and tolerating the shit outta you

This is one of my favorite games of all time. It was said that they were looking at the Wii when trying to decide as to whether or not they wanted to do a sequel, but who knows what happened. Maybe they're waiting for the Wii-U? Personally, I'd like to see it brought back to the 3DS... or really, brought back at all.

The fact that Neku, Shiki, and a few of the other characters will be appearing in Dream, Drop, Distance is pretty sweet, but I'd still rather see a stand alone game.

To say that there won't be a sequel would be a bit closed-minded, in my opinion. The developers, Nomura included, mentioned that they have interest in making a sequel. But whether it happens or not is in the air. No actual mention of it has been spoken. But if just about the entire cast has been seen in Dream Drop Distance, so it's likely that, yeah, there might be a sequel. The best thing is that it doesn't have to be set in Shibuya, or Japan for that matter. It's pretty much stated outright, by Hanekoma iirc, that Shibuya is only one of many places like it. That leaves so many chances for more than just one game, it could become an entire series.

How do you be good at the battle system? By good I mean you can pull off the combos WHILE paying attention to Neku at the SAME time.

I liked Trauma Center more.

i never really did, i just payed attention to Neku while continuously hitting left or right for my partner. Neku is a little more exciting to control and i figured he could usually do more damage. It was just to hard to me to try to control both at once, but i couldnt just let the CPU take over for my partner(cuz the CPU sucks ass), so, like i said before, i just resorted to continuously hitting left or right, depending on where the enemy was
