Brother, be proud of your skinniness. Don't just gain weight for the sake of gaining weight. GET TONE AS HELL. Look at Bruce Lee for example; weighed as low as 130 at times, but was easily stronger than any one twice his weight.
Your goal should be to look like this:
eat food and slob out.
also, you're pretty short, I was about 5'8 at that point.

Could be the exercise you're doing. For example, if you're only doing cardio, you aren't going to get anywhere. The key is to lift heavy weights and eat a ton of carbs and protein, basically. I'm on the same journey as you, brother.
Also you're 15 so your body hasn't finished growing.
